This dealership was very presentable and I appreciate that I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My past experiences, when accompanying people buying cars, is that I felt like employees would ju that I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Tommy Bunko was a pleasure to work. Answered numerous phone call questions. But more importantly, I came from Michigan to buy a BMW and trade in a Honda. But Mother Nature had other ideas and dealt us white out leaving Michigan. Tommy, the ever accommodating person, offered to drive further as we were bogged down by the storm. Eventually made it to another destination, signed paperwork, traded keys and headed home. Thank You Tommy! More

I show up in an hour with an appointment scheduled for a BMW used. The car was sold! I have four emails from this dealership confirming an appointment that was made within an hour. That is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend anything from Motorwerks! Very poor coordination More

Kurt was a pleasure to deal with. I visited the dealership with only an hour to spare before I had to leave for an appointment. I communicated this to Kurt and he was very efficient t I visited the dealership with only an hour to spare before I had to leave for an appointment. Kurt was very welcoming and effectively addressed any questions or concerns I had during the process, he even went out of his way to get me a Starbucks coffee while I was filling out forms. So are so glad we had Daniel Alfaro for our client advisor - friendly and professional right off the bat. Daniel was so easy to work with, we went in to compare Honda Ridgelines and accords, and Dani advisor - friendly and professional right off the bat.
