Great Help above and beyond My 2013 XTS would not start. Called On Star - they connected me with Cadillac Worldwide Road service who arranger a tower. I request they contact Motorwerks as I needed a loaner car and it was just after business hours. Cindy helped me although she was the bookkeeper and everyone who could authorize a loaner had left for the day. She stayed late to help me when I arrived in the tow truck with the vehicle and had arranged to get approval for a loaner and she took care of all the necessary paperwork. She was great ! Thanks! Took in my ATS for recommended oil changer and tire rotation. They were able to accomodate my time switch and the car was ready as promised.
