Our family is a long-time MotorWerks of Barrington customer...in fact for over 20 years with several Mercedes Benzs and one Cadillac, and now a second Cadillac ! Although most all of our service has been done at the main location on Dundee Rd. last week we purchased a used Cadillac from an out of state Seller and had it brought in for service for the very first time at the MW Cadillac -Cook Street location. Both Mr. Oliver and Kevin were are very kind and professional as they could be. Mr. Oliver even remembered us. Our loaner car was ready as promised and our Service list was all done with excellent communication and old fashioned service. Although, our service work was just done, we believe that it has been completed correctly. Lastly, the Cook Street location has a charm of it's own...less hectic than the main location and we will continue to bring our CTS Sedan to this dealership, even if it relocates to the newly remodeled main sales/service location.
