He involved Bill Heussner right away when it was a potential opportunity to sell us a vehicle in trade for our current one. He did a great job working with us and the manager to make the deal that we were comfortable with and getting all the items of our used vehicle covered under warranty work this week. It's been a pleasure doing business with Bill and the dealership so I'm sure we'll be back when it's time for our next trade in the next 2-3 years. Car Purchase Saw the car we were interested online at the dealers web site. Went to look at it during off hours to see if we liked it. Worked with Todd from car sales. We liked the way he handled the whole test drive, sales process, and negotiation process with us. During the test drive we did notice some issues with the car, but Todd assured us the dealer would take care of us if the car was purchased. We did end up buying the car, and as promised, the dealership took care of the issues. Would recommend MW Cadillac of Barrington for sure. More
