I have purchased two new Cadillacs here and they do all my service. I checked the website the day they were driving over from their farm to try to find and buy a suitable "family car" in one day. There was one - too new for pictures. Chuck had taken it in trade two days before. We headed in, and he got it all done for us in one afternoon. It's a great car - perfect for what they needed and in their price range. We all know it will be a good value because i know what kind of card MW keeps to sell vs wholesale. So unusual for them to have one like this - under $8000 - but they did. And we got it. Great experience with Chuck. Will definitely work with him when i decide to give up my current CTS. More

We started the sales process with John Kyriakopoulos and were then introduced to Kristie Long and she patiently and thoughtfully addressed all of our questions along with applying a little love regarding my car accident. She was in touch with us through phone calls and text messages and kept us up to date with a minor CUE issue and the entire sales process. John agreed to replacing a small trim piece and the process was professionally completed by Ross Wear just two days after our purchase. Special mention goes to Matt!
