Amazing Experience Unexpectedly I was forced to buy a new car when my current vehicle’s transmission went out. I met with David Snyder and was completely unsure what I w Unexpectedly I was forced to buy a new car when my current vehicle’s transmission went out. I met with David Snyder and was completely unsure what I wanted and stressed I was completely without a vehicle. He walked me around the lot and showroom and showed me cars and SUVs. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Cadillac lineup. Never thought I would own a Cadillac but after driving one and hearing David explain all the safety features I was sold. Within 20 minutes I had picked out a gently used 2016 SRX and loveed it. I felt no pressure from David. Everything was straight forward and he handed me the numbers unlike other dealerships I had been to. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for a 24 test drive and the paperwork with the numbers. Next day it was mine. Thank you David Snyder for making a stressful decision easy. Thank you to the Porters who detailed my new vehicle and made it look and smell brand new. You guys do great work!
