Before we make the change, the new service team rebuilt the service quality. Since then, Ross Wear is our service advisor. He is awesome. Our family's safety depends on the reliable vehicle. Every time I bring the vehicle back for service, I feel my car is on the safe hand. There are other famous brand of vehicle out there. Great Service to a new Cadillac Customer! Purchased my ATS-V from James Colella and it was one of the best car buying experiences I had. James was friendly, and straight forward. I called hi Purchased my ATS-V from James Colella and it was one of the best car buying experiences I had. James was friendly, and straight forward. I called him about the specific ATS-V I wanted and he kept me up to date via text about when it would be delivered and allowed me to see it prior to being cleaned and prepped by the dealership like I wanted. I did not end up going back and forth with him on price for hours - he let me know what the best price was on my ATS-V that just came off the truck. Despite bad weather, we went to go see it together and he made sure it was not touched by a buffer by anyone in detail. He drove back and forth several times for me. Additionally, he gave me a fair price for my trade right away rather than bouncing back and forth on the best they could do. I was in and out very quickly and received great service. Additionally, Adam Weller in service is incredible. He was very professional and straight forward. He explained things to me very clearly and was proactive in what I needed. I would go out of my way to work with Adam again. Motorwerks Cadillac is lucky to have Adam and James on their team. I will be coming back within the next year to make another purchase! More
