All 3 associates were very professional and personable, answering all of our questions. The sale was relatively easy and quick. The biggest drawback was that there is an issue with our pre-certified 2017 Cadillac ATS--with the computer touch screen system, so we will need to bring that to our local dealership first thing for repair (we live in Peoria--about 3 hours away from Barrington, but we knew what we wanted and this was the closest location for us). It was unfortunate that they pre-certified the vehicle before finding and correcting that particular issue, but it is covered under warranty, so it is a minor setback. All around we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership to others looking for a specialty used vehicle. More

Jim Novak went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. After viewing the pictures on the website, I knew going in that I wanted this truck. I test drove a couple different XT5’s already so I jus purchase. After viewing the pictures on the website, I knew going in that I wanted this truck.
