Had very bad experience with Motor werk Infinity sales people, Ali the main manager, Taylor sales manger, and James a sales person. I drove over 5 hours from Michigan to pick up an Audi S8 which i was people, Ali the main manager, Taylor sales manger, and James a sales person. I drove over 5 hours from Michigan to pick up an Audi S8 which i was approved the day before i went to go pick it up. when i arrive to pick up the car, the real scam started, first it was the bank this and that, wasted 6 hours at the dealership. Finally got to test drive the car, come to find out engine air filters missing and vacuum air hoses unsecured. Made a hand shake deal with Ali to buy replacement parts at set price. Drove away and few miles down the road transmission light came on and adaptive air suspension faulty. Ran diagnostic scan and found transmission incorrectly coded! Not did they know that this car had all types of issues, but they also told me it had passed the inspection from the dealership. Really! They didn't just try to scam me, and costed me $600 in rentals and other fees. They put my life in danger when they let me drive off on car with bad transmission and unleveled suspension, i could flipped on highway! They also lied about reimbursing my rental cost. If you like to take a chance on your life, please go see Ali, Taylor, or James they are pros at making sure you will be scammed and also take your life while in the process. More

Wonderful experience from walking in until I drove off the lot. Couldn't be happier with this place and my salesperson Niram. Fast forward to a few weeks after my purchase and my experience even got better. When I purchased the car we only had one key and wasn't ideal but it is what it is. Fast forward a few weeks I guess the previous owner actually brought in the extra key. They could have discarded it but they did not. Niramn texted me immediately and told me the found the 2ns key and it's already in FedEx on the way to me and sure enough 2 days later it showed up at my front door. Not to many places like this still out there and I would refer Niram and motorwerks to anyone. This is my wnd car from there and far from last. More
