My 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante has 228,000 miles and had some issues that needed attention. I called and set up an appointment and was immediately accepted. My service representative, Tom listened and took some issues that needed attention. I called and set up an appointment and was immediately accepted. My service representative, Tom listened and took notes about my concerns and forwarded the matter to the Mitsubishi mechanic who went right to work on my issues. Tom kept me posted throughout the entire service procedures and got my approval for the necessary parts, procedures and labor keeping me aware of the cost of each procedure. I picked it up today and drove home and was very pleased with the performance of my Diamante. I highly recommend Shelor Motor Mile in Christiansburg, VA for any repairs you need on whatever the make and model you have. They are excellent. More
