Have had 2 service issues the past year 1) windshield wiper was replaced by Shelor and then fell of when I used it (on a snowy back road with limited amenities ). Very dangerous and inconvenient for me. 2) Oil chance in Jan was performed and they topped off my windshield fluid with regular fluid (NOT the kind that is good below 32 degrees). When I asked about it, they told me to drain it and refill it with the temp approved fluid for winter temps because they don’t carry that kind. This is something that a high end service center should automatically do - this is basic knowledge. He even acknowledged that it can freeze up on windshields in the winter, so why the heck don’t they just do it right?!?! The service guy said they don’t even have any, so I had to do it myself. Very disappointing and should be changed for services done in the cold months. More

My vehicle was there for 2 and 1/2 months. Upon arrival of engine, it was ready that day. Diagnosing and getting the ball rolling takes way too long. Tony was very professional but it was obvious his hands were tied by the wait he made me aware of. My car did not move for over 50 days from it’s appointment that took 2 weeks to get. I am glad it is fixed, factory warranty work doesn’t seem to be of ANY priority and to have to wait that long, when you KNOW I’m going to have to wait that long? I think you lifetime factory warranty should include a courtesy vehicle while waiting. I had an extra vehicle, but my 2004 4dr 4WD 8 cylinder truck with 245,000 miles on it I’d rather not have to drive regularly for that long, KIA should step it up, that’s just too long More
