A very unsatisfied customer. I have a jeep Wrangler the check engine light was on took it down there to the service dept.. The mechanic says there was nothing wrong with it . A week later went back down there for the same noise and then you’re telling me that I need a new motor.. gave me a rental car never told me that I was responsible for the payment on the rental car had my jeep for over a month.. I think they need some new mechanics that know what they’re doing. Never gave me any updates but one . And that was inaccurate when it would be ready. Very disappointed in Shelor More
