Oil change and tire rotation I am at a point where I think I am going to Take my truck elsewhere for service. The last time I was there they were done I. Thirty minutes so I don't believe they did the multi point inspection or rotated my tires, the pressure was different in all four tires. Yesterday I was there for the same thing and again they tire pressure was different on all four of the tires. They told me I needed a new air filter, I told them I would change it myself so they didn't note in on my paperwork. So I don't know if it's cabin filter or motor. The mechanics need to stop pencil whipping the paperwork. And pay attention to detail as we say in the Army. More

Service Department got me in and out quickly I notified the service department immediately when I noticed my left brake was going out. It had me wondering badly but I was stuck out of town and no I notified the service department immediately when I noticed my left brake was going out. It had me wondering badly but I was stuck out of town and nothing I could do. I was forced to leave a message as no one picked up. I notified my Salesman (Christian Patrick) who immediately got me attended to. Informed me to bring it in as soon as I get back into town. I did arrive to the dealership as soon as I arrived back. Jeremy Beck, Service Advisor immediately came out to greet me and took pictures of my truck. I showed him what I was dealing with and explained to him my other pad was well over 70%. I only had 16,045 miles on my truck and I felt it was the Brake Caliper went bad on my driver side front wheel. They immediately reacted and had taken my truck back and had a Senior Tech inspect the brakes. They stated it would be covered under warranty as the Brake Caliper was defected. I appreciate the Brake job and Christian Patrick and Jeremy's help. They exceeded my expectations. I would work on the answering system machine. I should have to leave a message and wait to be called back. I never did get a call back but I assume that is because I took the initiative to call my sales man and I brought my truck in. More
Charged for extra oil On a reasent appointment for a scheduled oil change I feel I was over changed ! It has always been the same price but not this time! Approximately 14. Approximately 14.00 more this time I was charged for 9 quarts of oil ! The last 4 or 5 oil changes it took 8 quarts! Where did the 9th quart go ? Not very HAPPY with gmc service !!!! More

Bad Oil change Service I took in my 2016 Yukon for a oil change at 8:00am but didn't receive my Suv until 11:30. The Gmc was ready way before 11:30 but they had the Yukon si I took in my 2016 Yukon for a oil change at 8:00am but didn't receive my Suv until 11:30. The Gmc was ready way before 11:30 but they had the Yukon sitting in the back. I waited for the Yukon to be done serviced but not only until I went ask if they were almost done did they employee saw it was sitting there ready to go, that is when I received my Yunon at 11:30. Also they washed the yukon and didnt dry it good and left alot of water spots on the paint. Also, they left some grease on the paint that looked like oil. I had to go home and wash it and wax the paint. Overall, horrible experience in this dealer. I had been going to this dealer for years. More
