The reason for my review is to let everyone know how discouraging this dealership has become when it comes to trying a purchase a new vehicle from them. I was out and about looking discouraging this dealership has become when it comes to trying a purchase a new vehicle from them. I was out and about looking at the GMC brand of small trucks when a salesperson approached me and asked me to come inside so he could show me what was in stock. While my son and I were sitting at his desk and looking at what I might be interested in seeing and test driving a woman walked up to the desk and started telling him that the vehicle she wanted did not have the leather interior she was told it would have and gave him the keys back. He looked around the showroom and told her he did not see the salesman she was looking for, but he would take care of it for her. He got up and told me he would be back in a few minutes. I looked up at the woman and she looked a little bit embarrassed but did not apologize for interrupting the meeting with the salesperson. Four minutes went by, I was getting a bit aggravated. At five minutes I got up and left. With a dealership that has quite a few salespeople wandering around you would think that he could have referred her to someone else. I have purchased vehicles from GMC since 1997 but this was the last time I will ever purchase from this dealership. More
