Electrical failure on I-5 Our Yukon’s electrical system failed on I-5 30 Miles West of Bakersfield- AAA towed our vehicle to Motor City GMC at 9PM. Sami Yyoub stayed late - op Our Yukon’s electrical system failed on I-5 30 Miles West of Bakersfield- AAA towed our vehicle to Motor City GMC at 9PM. Sami Yyoub stayed late - opened the security gates and placed our vehicle in a secure compound to await Service Dept attn in the morning. He then drove us to a nearby Motel. He was professional and friendly throughout. In the morming a series of phone calls were exchanged with Jason in Service keeping us abreast of his efforts to locate a new alternator. By late afternoon he completed the repair and sent us on our way. Outstanding service by all Motor City personnel- especially Sami & Jason. Your dealership deserves high praise. Thanks for getting us on our way to successfully end a long 3 day journey from Seattle to Palm Desert. You’re the best!! More
Oil change and tire rotation I am at a point where I think I am going to Take my truck elsewhere for service. The last time I was there they were done I. Thirty minutes so I don't believe they did the multi point inspection or rotated my tires, the pressure was different in all four tires. Yesterday I was there for the same thing and again they tire pressure was different on all four of the tires. They told me I needed a new air filter, I told them I would change it myself so they didn't note in on my paperwork. So I don't know if it's cabin filter or motor. The mechanics need to stop pencil whipping the paperwork. And pay attention to detail as we say in the Army. More

Service Department got me in and out quickly I notified the service department immediately when I noticed my left brake was going out. It had me wondering badly but I was stuck out of town and no I notified the service department immediately when I noticed my left brake was going out. It had me wondering badly but I was stuck out of town and nothing I could do. I was forced to leave a message as no one picked up. I notified my Salesman (Christian Patrick) who immediately got me attended to. Informed me to bring it in as soon as I get back into town. I did arrive to the dealership as soon as I arrived back. Jeremy Beck, Service Advisor immediately came out to greet me and took pictures of my truck. I showed him what I was dealing with and explained to him my other pad was well over 70%. I only had 16,045 miles on my truck and I felt it was the Brake Caliper went bad on my driver side front wheel. They immediately reacted and had taken my truck back and had a Senior Tech inspect the brakes. They stated it would be covered under warranty as the Brake Caliper was defected. I appreciate the Brake job and Christian Patrick and Jeremy's help. They exceeded my expectations. I would work on the answering system machine. I should have to leave a message and wait to be called back. I never did get a call back but I assume that is because I took the initiative to call my sales man and I brought my truck in. More
