Honestly! I feel they don’t have appreciation of people. We bought our truck from there. It didn’t seem like they’re interested in helping people. We purchased a Truck from Motor City in January 2022, at time of delivery the truck was missing some components. We were assured both by our salesman and the sales manager these components would be delivere time of delivery the truck was missing some components. We were assured both by our salesman and the sales manager these components would be delivered and installed in the truck sometime during the 2nd quarter for the year. We checked back with them multiple times between April-June during the second quarter, and we're constantly brushed off getting no answers on when these parts would be Iin stalled in our truck. We continued to check in with them this entire year and have continued to be brushed off with no real answer on when these parts will be installed in our truck. It is now almost December and we still have not had an answer on when these parts will be installed in our truck. We have had absolutely no follow up or communication with Motor City unless we initiated it first. It is very frustrating the lack of communication they have had with us, and their lack of concern that they have failed us as customers. Definitely would not recommend them to any of our friends or family. More
