I had an appointment at 9:30am. I got to the dealership at 9:10am thinking I can dropped off my vehicle early. I had to wait in line and finally got checked in at 9:29am and was tol I got to the dealership at 9:10am thinking I can dropped off my vehicle early. I was finally helped at 950am. What good does an appointment do if I cannot be helped on time. More

I had an appointment at 1:15 for my car service on Friday, August 9. I arrived early and both lines were packed! I wasn’t seen by anyone until about 45 minutes!!
