I am driving my second vehicle purchased from Motion Kia. I went in for 10,000 mile service; staff is always helpful and efficient. They took care of all needed services in a timely fashion. I always wait for my vehicle and never feel that it takes any longer than needed. A couple of months ago I stopped in because I was shaving a problem with one of my tires holding the needed pressure. The desk person checked the tires, inflated all to the needed levels, and I was on my way. I appreciate the professionalism of all of the service staff. More

I bought my car from them 3 years ago and I am completely happy with them from sales to service. I was recently there for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex C (service advisor). He was f happy with them from sales to service. I was recently there for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex C (service advisor). He was friendly, professional and made you feel like family. He greeted me when I first walked in. I didn’t have to wait. He kept me informed of my car and told me about all their amenities while I waited. He even walked me to where my car was parked when it was finished. My car was completed in the time I was given and even cleaner then when I brought it in. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from Kia. They have the BEST service department. Thank you Alex C for all your help. More

Customer Service??? what's that? Took the car for a warranty repair on Thursday, they would not offer loaner because the vehicle was not purchased there...had to pay for a rental. Th Took the car for a warranty repair on Thursday, they would not offer loaner because the vehicle was not purchased there...had to pay for a rental. The replacement part did not arrive on Friday as they promised so they blamed warehouse. On Saturday they had the nerves to blame Fedex for not having the part. In short, a one day repair ended up having the vehicle in the dealership for four days. When trying to get some money back for the rental since they did not offer a loaner they referred me to Kia Corporate assuring me that they always honor this type of claims, well... they did not. On top of all that they used scare tactics in order to do a transmission flush at under 60000 miles for which they charged me over $245, which later on I read on the manual and online that that kind of service is not necessary on sealed transmissions.( again I couldn't have a discount even though they performed such a poor service) STAY AWAY More
