Joe was terrific! One of the best service reps I've interacted with at Motion Kia. He spoke clearly, gave me the info I needed and was on top of the work that was being done. Even though it took long interacted with at Motion Kia. He spoke clearly, gave me the info I needed and was on top of the work that was being done. Even though it took longer than expected, he continued to keep me updated and was polite and professional. He fulfilled his promises and didn't change his initial comments. He even asked if I wanted the car washed and remembered to have it done. (I was told I would have the car washed every time I came in but this was the first time in all the years I've owned the car that they actually had time to do it and I so appreciated that. I am rating for Service but you don't list your Service Rep's below - only Sales - why not? Price was higher than I would pay at another mechanic shop. More
