Provided lunch when I was here and always move the process along quickly. The management was easy to work with and no back and forth nonsense, just great deals and I recommend them all the time. Rudest disrespectful lying and very emotionally unstable!!!! Leased a 2017 Kia Sorento from Motion Kia. Brought it back to install auto start. Since then have had nothing but problems as there are recalls and other actions the dealers force on you with the language on the receipt that customer requested the work to be done...I did not request anything nor was I told the work would be performed. Service desk guy is extremely condescending and disrespectful. Panoramic Sunroof was making noise took three weeks for the work to be completed and approved by Kia Corporate. The same noise is now still there (I doubt it was replaced as it is the exact same noise coming from the exact same location of the roof) mind you this is a $42,000 vehicle with hardly any miles on it. There were other problems like the rear view camera stays on while driving (forward). Told me to take a video, I did showed it to them and they said it's not their fault. I was told by Corporate to take it to another dealer and pay to have it diagnosed for the issues. A new car, pay for a diagnosis, really!!! Additionally when I picked up the car there are scratches on the car (brand new car). Service guy, owner and GM told me I did it and covered it with touch up paint. (They just had the car for 3 weeks). Like that is possible and I explained that there was an inspection on my car when it was dropped off and nothing was reported on the car. Nope...they screamed at me that I did it and touched it up. Took it to a auto body specialist and they found that not only are that gaping scratch there but that there are scratches in the same area where he can see they buffed and tried to fix and yes the scratch has touch up paint ... by them. I don't have touch up paint nor am I trained to perform body work. Owner flipped out screaming at me and told me to get out (there are other reviews on this site where owner treated a customer the same way and threw her out...I left as I felt completely threaten as he was waiving his arms and beaming red in the face, then he ran after me in the parking lot with the same screaming and flailing. That's right, the owner...sounds crazy right! I felt completely threaten. I have NEVER seen such a act of diatribe. Then the GM came outside and told me to get off their property. I called someone to assist me as I did not want to remove the car without documentation of the damages first and GM was very different toward him and promised to look into it. It has been three days and no call. I called Kia corporate and they will not do anything about the dealer and his employee's behavior or the scratches. Additionally when I left they gave me someone else's description of work. This is not my first Kia but it is certainly the last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sincere recommendation is to never to business with this dealer. They are liars, incompetent, vengeful, and very, very angry people. If you don't believe this review keep reading other reviews...everyone is not conjuring up these events that are happening to them. Stay away from Kia and the dealer. There are better cars out there for less and the dealers treat you with the respect you deserve (and are paying for)!!! There should be a choice of negative stars in ratings. More

Bought a used car from them almost 4 months ago and still haven't received my plates and registration yet. I've left messages for both the GM and sales manager with no call back. Each time I have to go in to renew my temporary plates the sales manager acts as if I'm bothering him and he doesn't have time. When I asked how much longer it will take I was told "I don't know, go home and wait for the phone call". You might save a few dollars here but the lack of customer service and aggravation aren't worth it. More

I was desperate for a car when I went to Motion Kia. They sold me a car with high mileage and refused me a warranty. I was not permitted to test drive or look at other cars. I was told this was only option bank would allow. I was assured they had personal knowledge of this car and it's owner. They said they completely checked out the car in their shop. I was advised to lie to the bank about the amount of down payment. I was promised that I would only have to be on this car for 10 months. When I picked up plates I complained of noises. No help. One month later car off the road foe a month for broken radiator. No help from dealer. Would fix for almost $1,000. Car was off road for a month till I could scrape together money to fix. Now the starter is gone. Car back off the road. Not a cheap fix on this car it's buries. Car has to be towed. Called bank bank told me to go to dealer. Salesman who helped me made like he didn't know me other one gave me dirty looks. And finally I cannot ever refinance this loan with this particular bank or roll over negative equity into another loan. I am forced to pay on the remainder of the loan on a car that won't last that long More
Nasty Rude Disrespectful Owner !! Originally we went to look at 2017 Kia Sorentos. But because of the change in body style and loss of the many options we have in our current 2014 Sore Originally we went to look at 2017 Kia Sorentos. But because of the change in body style and loss of the many options we have in our current 2014 Sorento, we decided to extend our current lease and take our time to decide on our next vehicle. Then we found out that our 2014 Sorento will be part of a major engine recall, where as the engine can just seize- Kia has yet to send out recall notices and will do so in about another month. Needless to say, no one wants their vehicle to seize on the middle of a highway. We decided not to extend our lease and was told by Kia Lease End personal that the vehicle can be dropped of at any Kia dealer. We called Motion Kia and arranged to go there the following day - April 28 (our lease is up April 29). A salesman was aware that we were returning the vehicle there as we moved 70 miles from the dealership we had leased it from. As my husband was filling out paper work the owner comes over and says he will not take the vehicle because there is damage to the rear bumper. Then raising his voice to me says - has that vehicle been inspected? That's your responsibility!! Bring it back to the dealer you got it from!! I don't want it here and I'm not taking it!! First- this man had no right raising his voice to me! Then I went outside and called Kia Lease end, who told me it doesn't matter if there is damage to our bumper, they are a Kia dealer, they have to take it back. She called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager who said they had no room on their lot and it would cost them rent to keep our vehicle there, of course the loud mouth owner did not get on the phone. This man had no right to 'speak' (shout) to me in this demeaning manner and embarrass me in front of his employees. As a Kia dealership he is suppose to be dealing with All Kia issues, not just selling and leasing vehicles to make a buck!! He threw us out!! How much ruder can you get!? More

Within the next 30 days the air filter stopped working as it was filled with acorns, the oil change they have done was with the WRONG OIL, and the car needs new brakes..this is after only owning the car for less than 2 months. My daughter had to have the car towed. We were told by sales person Bob Nunn the car went through an extensive inspection. Since purchasing the car we have had to invest another 1200 just so it will run. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS More
Several problems My son just got a $56 traffic ticket because Motion Kia placed a (Bud Lake Motion Kia) license plate bracket on my car. It covered the words (Garden S My son just got a $56 traffic ticket because Motion Kia placed a (Bud Lake Motion Kia) license plate bracket on my car. It covered the words (Garden State) on the bottom of the plate. Apparently that's illegal and the dealership knew it. Silly reason to get a ticket but that's what happened. I went to the dealership, spoke to the manager and was flat out told (that's not their problem)? This isn't the only challenge I've had. Motion Kia, you've lost me as a customer!! More
