Poor customer service Previously, my husband had purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and I leased a Forte. Both times the experience was great. This newest purchase was horrible. Sales consultant, Arnel, was less than knowledgeable. Did not ask us the proper questions to make this sale perfect. Sales Manager , Mike Schopperth was initially nice, but turned out to be rude and arrogant on the phone. After hanging up on me, I contacted the General Mgr. Bob Lizanich who was apologetic but really offered us nothing. As of today, we still have no registration on this car which I was told was due to Motion Kia not providing the correct paperwork. This car was purchased on October 16! In addition, the sales consultant did not put the inspection sticker in the window and I was told that I should make another trip down to the dealership. This is inexcusable and poor customer service. The only bright spot is the ServiceMgr. Sita Goss and the Finance Mgr, Orlando Sanchez. I will think twice before purchasing from this dealership in the future. More

Amazing dealership! I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received at Motion Kia. Everyone worked with you to make sure you were able to get what you wante I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received at Motion Kia. Everyone worked with you to make sure you were able to get what you wanted on a decent budget. Howie and Mike were wonderful to work with. Howie explained everything about the car in great detail to me on two separate occasions to make sure I functionally knew how to use the car by the time I left with it. The entire team worked together to make sure that all of our paperwork was taken care of in a timely matter so we could leave with our new car! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More

The first one was my main choice but looked at the others anyway. Test drove my first choice and fell in love. When it came down to talking numbers I didn't feel pressured. They landed on my magical number for the sale and my trade in which made the decision a lot easier. I still wanted to sleep on it. With no strings attached was able to do what I needed to make the final decision on the sale. My concerns and questions were answered and again no pressure. Up until the day I actually picked up the car nothing but streamline service. Even got me new car insurance! Howie even took the time to make his way back to the dealership after going home just to make sure everything was in order. Though not needed he chose to make that decision to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best customer service he could. That speaks volumes!! Don't get service like that no more! At Motion Kia you do! Sal in finance was so nice and honest. He really helped also with sealing the deal! Orlando helped me sign on the many dotted lines. There were many dotted lines!! Though there was one lady (sales) that mumbled something not nice about the person I was with. I didn't appreciate that, my words for her are spread love and be kind. A real great bunch they have there! I couldn't be happier with the decision of buying my Kia from Motion! Who also sponsored a certain town family event day on Sept 9th 2018 that was awesome to see their name!! I look forward to my maintenance with them as they also have already reached out to me to introduce themselves. Hands down best customer service around! THANK YOU AGAIN MOTION KIA! More
