They actually listened to what we were looking for and even better, they provided it! We were on a time crunch and they had us out right when we needed to! Of course we love the car, but the service is beyond excellent! We laughed just about the entire time! They are turning in our current lease, leaving us to literally sign and drive! My most recent purchase was the brand new Kia Telluride SX. Everyone there was awesome. Mike was extremely helpful in getting me financing to fit my needs and Bob Nunn sent me regular updates while I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive from production. Bob even sat with me for almost an hour going over EVERY detail of my vehicle. I will ALWAYS purchase my vehicles from Motion Kia. More
Upset customer I purchased my 2016 Dodge Charger sxt from motion Kia on March 23, 2019. We signed the papers and left around 6:30. When we first got there everything I purchased my 2016 Dodge Charger sxt from motion Kia on March 23, 2019. We signed the papers and left around 6:30. When we first got there everything was pleasant, the staff etc. We were greeted by Ernell who seemed to be nice and knowledgeable. He made conversation and made us comfortable while we waited for numbers and then he all of the sudden disappeared only came back to let us know how much the car was going to be and to see if we wanted to make a deal...that was clearly the least of my worries. We decided to purchase the car and everything seemed good until I was driving it the next day and the check engine light came on. Angry was an understatement. I traded in my 2013 Dodge Durango that didn’t have a check engine light just high miles no rust in good shape for a 2016 with 41000 miles and a check engine light!? I couldn’t believe it. Our friends came over later that night one who is a mechanic and he plugged it in and it came up with code P0306 which is a cylinder 4 misfire. Are you kidding!? I called Sal (the sales manager) that Monday and he told me I better bring the car in right away that that isn’t good...I told him the soonest I could be there was Thursday he said okay I’ll see you Thursday...fast forward to Wednesday I sent Ernell an email just letting him know that I was coming and to let the service department know I was coming...it is now Thursday night (after being there today) and no reply to my email. Unprofessional. Anyway...I get there today and they were scrambling because Sal never set me up and appointment. They did get the car back pretty quickly but over hearing them talking it seemed to be a huge deal. I do have ears...they bring the car back and “couldn’t diagnose it properly because we are not a dodge dealer” so why did I drive almost 2 hours for you to tell me that? They also told me that I would have to pay 250 dollars for a loaner car because the car they just sold me got a check engine light on the next day. Riddle me that! The first time the guy came out and talked to me he said he was going to bring it up to the dodge dealer and then the story changed and I would have to bring it somewhere closer to home but he did call to make sure there was a warranty...wow. Good job guy! The way they try to walk all over you is crazy. I bought this car because I thought I could trust a salesman...guess I was wrong. It seemed to me like they knew this was an issue but cleared the code before we got there or anyone looked at it. It didn’t just happen all of the sudden when I bought the car. I’m super disappointed because I felt so comfortable when we first got there. To get the run around and my car still have a check engine light on is bs. I will never buy a car from you guys ever again and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. On to the next! More
