I bought my car from them 3 years ago and I am completely happy with them from sales to service. I was recently there for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex C (service advisor). He was friendly, professional and made you feel like family. He greeted me when I first walked in. I didn’t have to wait. He kept me informed of my car and told me about all their amenities while I waited. He even walked me to where my car was parked when it was finished. My car was completed in the time I was given and even cleaner then when I brought it in. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from Kia. They have the BEST service department.
