VERY DISAPPOINTED. Steve sold us a used Kia. Now, more than two months later, we still don't have the title and can't register the car. He won't return our calls or em Steve sold us a used Kia. It's still unclear if he and Motion Kia have even submitted the title application. I don't typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn those looking to buy a car about our terrible experience. More

Kia stepped up and did everything they could to get me loaner when my engine seized due to the Kia engine issue. it took about 10 days to get me a loaner which was unfortunate because I had to pay for a loaner when my engine seized due to the Kia engine issue. it took about 10 days to get me a loaner which was unfortunate because I had to pay for a loaner for 10 days but they did move me up the loaner list due to my situation because i needed car to get back and forth to work. I do think that with the rate of these engine failures that should either have more loaners or at least partner with a loaner company. My new engine warranty is only 12 months or 12,000 miles so i wish that was longer. I did look to try and get into another car and use that time to get into a new Kia since we've had 5 cars from them between my immediate family nd a a total of 10 with extended family but we weren't able to come to an agreement which was unfortunate. I feel there was more room for negotiation but they wouldn't budge. I'd hat for this to me my last kia but its definitely a possibility. i was hoping for more customer loyalty after 10 cars. More
