Connor was absolutely amazing during transaction of turning my leased car into my financed vehicle. However, when Conner was not present I had to deal with someone else. There was a misunderstanding on turning my leased car into my financed vehicle. However, when Conner was not present I had to deal with someone else. There was a misunderstanding on my end and the person I spoke with was so incredibly short and disrespectful. I was very accountable in my part of the misunderstanding. The tone was overall not it. This is why I gave Motion Kia a two star. If you do business with them Connor is your guy. But his co-worker tainted my experience. More

Bob lost his temper today, kicked me out of the store, screaming and yelling at me in the parking lot. So angry he was spitting. Pretty scary.
