His support team was not the most effective not ordering the right parts and the dealership pricing negotiation was very disappointing. I bought a keyless entry to my car for 6 dollars on line and had them program it for me for $85.00. The next day I bought the same keyless entry from the dealer and it cost me $133.00 and they programmed it and had them program it for me for $85.00.
