I asked Brian if I could have the backup beep on my 2017 Prius modified because of the constant beeping while in reverse was annoying. Brian called over a senior service technician and he asked me if I had purchased the Prius from Mossy TOYOTA and I told him I had. The service technician said then the modification to the reverse beeping would be complementary. I was very impressed with the customer service from Mossy TOYOTA and called a friend today who lives in North County and recommend Mossy TOYOTA to him as I know he is in the market for a RAV4. Well, today I was in for the complimentary oil change & inspection. My previous oil change took about 90 minutes - but Mossy has a very comfortable customer waiting area. Today I was in & out in 35 minutes - I only had half a cup of coffee and didn't get through my newspaper. The service rep Brian R. apparently was determined to not let me get comfortable in the wait area - kidding. More
