Great experience My second time purchasing a car from Mossy Toyota Mission Bay. I contacted the dealership via email on a Friday and promptly received an email return My second time purchasing a car from Mossy Toyota Mission Bay. I contacted the dealership via email on a Friday and promptly received an email return from Tyrone in internet sales. He set an appt for me via email for the next day which was most appreciated as I was busy at work. Tyrone was professional and courteous throughout the entire appointment and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. Not entirely sure if the car was the best fit, the dealership offered me to take the car home for a night to show my husband. Ultimately, due to high demand for the car, we ended up purchasing the car that day. Tyrone gave us a great customer experience and went over and beyond to get the deal done and made sure we were happy. Very pleased with my car and with Mossy Toyota. Thanks! More
