I have a problem with the quality of work performed and charges for work not accomplished. I was led to believe fluids were topped off using , Avalon Super Long Life Coolant (Pink), Quantity 2 $43.78, Labor 56.00 Hazwaste Disposal: $10.00 Brake fluid was still at the Low mark. Upon visual check at my residence I discovered the above was not accomplished. Hence I paid $187.61 for partial maintenance missed my VA Hospital Appointment I am extremely unsatisfied with the whole situation and require amends as soon aspossible. With behavior as these “Brand” and reputation is at risk. More

Quick, straight forward lease I met with Alan. I was Interested in a 2017 lease special. They did not have any left but he was able to work with his managers to get me in a 2018, w I met with Alan.
