The salesperson, Juan, was upfront, friendly and gave us good information. The challenge was, because of the high resale value of Tacoma’s, that they were a bit arrogant, probably not unintentionally but it was noticeable. There was no willingness to negotiate and when we asked for time to walk next door to have lunch and discuss, it was a bit of a challenge. They knew we had driven two hours and had the same drive back when we were done yet acted like we were asking them to hold the truck for a month. The manager did end up doing the right thing, letting us leave the premises, but had to think about it. If he had not, we would have walked away, it was pretty annoying to even have to have the conversation. The other challenge was the wait for the financials. We were paying cash but it took a long time for the finance person to get free. Once we were in, it still took a long time. They said they were busy but a better estimation of how long it would have been appreciated. The typical upsale was minimal and not pushy, so that was a plus. The whole experience took a long time but I ended up with the truck I wanted so I am content. More

After our first meeting I didn’t leave with a vehicle because point blank it was well over the budget I deemed reasonable for my finances. Juan Carlos was giving us a more than fair price but it just wasn’t financially right for me. Juan Carlos continued to keep in touch for weeks and tried to find a vehicle that would be more suitable for my budget. However due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reevaluate my car buying situation. I am extremely grateful for the hard work and the outstanding efforts he provided me as a first time buyer. He was a pleasure to work with and it’s with regret that I won’t be able to sign a deal with him at this time. If you want to work with an honest salesman and one that will go above and beyond to meet your expectations... Juan Carlos is your guy. More

I’m beyond grateful. My only one complaint is that I was assured the car had Apple CarPlay before I bought it, only to find out afterward that wasn’t the case. In the big scheme of things it’s not a big deal (I love the car!), but I was disappointed. More

DO NOT GO HERE - WILL OVERCHARGE & MISINFORM YOU I recently went to Mossy Toyota for what I thought would be a simple oil change as I had just moved into the area. Boy was I wrong, they must have see I recently went to Mossy Toyota for what I thought would be a simple oil change as I had just moved into the area. Boy was I wrong, they must have seen me coming and all they saw was dollar signs. Not only was my technician rude, but he told me to email him with any questions. If you work in customer service - you should at least know how to talk to people. They I was TEXTED that they would need to check my car for a clunking sound and that it would be over $100. I then had to call and wait on hold to speak to Kevin, who said the technician driving my car heard loud clunking sounds that were of high priority to be fixed. I noted that my struts sometimes made sounds and he said it was clunking. I agreed to this service thinking it was something serious, when I was then TEXTED to be informed that I needed to pay close to $1,5000 to fix my struts!!!! From there I had to call and wait on hold again to speak to Kevin -who informed me that there was no problem with my struts other than it made sounds. When I went to pick up my car they tried to OVERCHARGE ME and did not actually do anything other than an oil change for over over a $200 bill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I URGE OTHERS NOT TO GO!!! More
