Within a week we had a list of ten problems. Service team made some fixes but said they needed sales team approval for the rest. Over the next 2 months we spent countless time calling the service team for an update. Left voice mails and was promised a return call on at least 15 occasions (no exaggeration) but we were continually ghosted. When we were interesting in buying the car, we were bombarded with calls about how we would miss out, when we needed it repaired… nothing. Eventually went to the dealership in person. Vincenzo the manager told me the repairs had been denied but they would fix the issues for $150. I refused on the basis we’d spent $20k on a faulty car we had been assured had no issues. Vincenzo laughed in my face and told me I should have bought a new car. Avoid at all costs. They will lie and do anything to force a sale, and then completely ignore you and disrespect you once they have your money. More

Won’t be going back to this dealership. To make a sale they promised my last lease payment would be voided if I purchased my vehicle on this particular day which I did.
