We bought a car at Mossy Nissan in Poway (11 years ago we bought a car at Mossy in Kearny Mesa) and had an excellent experience. Marcus Arias was friendly, honest, and patient. Though we were 99% certain that we were going to buy the car, we wanted to wait a day. Marcus and his manager good-naturedly did everything they could have us buy it that day. Though we insisted we would come back the next day, we felt bad leaving because we knew they hear that all the time, and then people don’t return. But we did return, and they were surprised and pleased. Anyway, we got a price we felt good about, and the entire experience was great. The financial guy who did all the paperwork was also excellent and very friendly. The car is wonderful, and we will surely return when the time comes for another car. More
