We recently had to replace our car due to an accident (don't worry, everyone is ok). We braced ourselves for a difficult experience but from the moment that we walked into Mossy Nissan of Poway we were greeted with a staff that were not only a joy to work with, but also made every step of the process easy and stress free. Christopher Evans took us on a test drive and made sure that we were looking at the vehicles that were matching our needs and budget. When the initial vehicle that we were looking at was sold before we could purchase it, Christopher made sure to look for another that would match our needs. Sure enough, within a week he reached out to us and let us know that he found another vehicle that was perfect for us. He made the search a painless process and was a joy to work with. In addition, to Christopher, we also worked with Alex Nik who took care of all of the financing that we needed. Once again, what could be a difficult and stressful process was made easy and smooth due to Alex. But, what really impressed us with Alex is that he didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't absolutely need. He knew what we wanted and made sure that we got it.
