Terrible Service Center This review is specifically for the service center: Robb and Elijah. Went to my mechanic yesterday because my check engine light was on and showing This review is specifically for the service center: Robb and Elijah. Went to my mechanic yesterday because my check engine light was on and showing a P0101 error meaning there is an issue with the Mass Airflow Sensor. Mechanic called Nissan to see if he could order the part, Joe in the parts department notified him it was under warranty and advised me to make an appointment ASAP. My mechanic cleared the error codes to turn off my check engine light and sent me on my way. Showed up at 7am for my appointment this morning and left my car with Robb. Got a call around 9am that because the error code was cleared, Nissan could not service my car. At no point yesterday did anyone advise those codes needed to be kept in the system for it to be covered under warranty. Spoke with Service Manager Elijah who advised that there was nothing he could do until my Check Engine Light came on again. For them to hook up the computer to my car takes no more than 5 minutes (I watched my mechanic do it yesterday) there was NO reason it should have taken over 2 hours. All over a $20 part, he was citing company policy and attempting to blame the miscommunication on my mechanic and not taking responsibility for the actions of him team. I got nothing more than an apology for the frustration experience. As they say, never ruin an apology with an excuse. So now I'm expected to drive my car, which has been having performance issues due to the MAF, unsafely with a KNOWN issue from here to Arizona this weekend. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. More

Blown away with humanity for once Recently bought a car from the greatest dealership I have ever been to. The buying process with David Sapp went so quickly I couldn't keep up and he worked hard to get me an insane deal and interest rate. I couldn't have been happier when I left. I am a very picky person with my automobiles and Khar Vun in the service department has gone above and beyond to make sure everything I have needed has been taken care of correctly and professionally and he doesn't hesitate to sit down with me and answer any questions or soothe any concern. All of the staff I have come across so far at Mossy Nissan has been genuine and accommodating. I am very impressed and will be back even if I have to travel across the country. I highly recommend to anyone. More
