This was our 3rd or 4th visit. I went in for a simple oil change, but was given excellent service. I appreciate the straightforward and honest answers in regards to what needs to be done on the car for oil change, but was given excellent service. We have fleet of Toyota Pruis, Highlanders, Matrix and Avalons and with the recalls Moss Bros and their staff have gone out of their way to get all of our recalls done as conveniently as possible. My drivers window was broken. I took the door panel off myself and found the broken, small plastic part. I was quoted on the phone of approx. $150.00 which was acceptable. Received a phone call saying the motor and regulator was bad and that it would be 601.00. Unacceptable! The motor is fine. It is just a small plastic part that is broken. I do not know why I took my car there after taking it there once before. That time they charge me over $900.00 to fix a problem. Got one block away and the car was still not fixed. Would not recommend this dealership. Go to Toyota of Riverside for everything. More
