The issue started when I was contacted by a member of your team who informed me that the second key to my vehicle was readily available at the dealership which late by 13 months. However, upon my arrival, after spending considerable time there, I was told that I needed to pay for the key as it was allegedly not included in my contract. When I declined, I was treated rudely and was asked not to speak further and, on more than one occasion, to leave the premises. Following this incident, I lodged a complaint with Toyota, who confirmed that the second key was, in fact, included in my contract and in your dealership. This validation not only highlights the mistake made but also raises serious concerns about the behavior and professionalism of your team. I was quite surprised by your response, which simply directed me to call and follow up. It is your team's responsibility to take appropriate action, including extending a sincere apology for the unprofessional and deceptive conduct I experienced. I trust you will take this matter seriously and address the situation appropriately to prevent such occurrences in the future. I look forward to your prompt action
