In for level 1 maintenance on my 2015 Honda Accord and asked if the technician could look at the driver side door because of excessive wind noise. When I arrived back from lunch the tech was standing by to do a road test with me to see if we could replicate the noise. Although the wind noise wasn't 100% gone it was greatly reduced. The tech explained everything he had done and offered other possible fixes that I could try. I was treated with respect and felt like my mechanical issues were taken seriously. More

Nice service. Service was great! However, I did not get a car wash as usual due to water restrictions. Yet all of the cars that were for sale, were being washed. I Service was great! Fast Service I gave a 4 out of 5 due to lack of car wash and vacuum. My oil change took less than an hour with a line of cars. Pretty fast considering the amount I gave a 4 out of 5 due to lack of car wash and vacuum. My oil change took less than an hour with a line of cars. Pretty fast considering the amount of cars; however, I have never used regular oil, I have always taken my car to Acura and they have only used synthetic. However, I found out that I am supposed to ask for synthetic, so that is my fault. Also, very disappointed about the car wash. I understand there is a drought; however $60.00 for an oil change without synthetic and no car wash. I don't think I'll return that was a deal breaker, but I understand they cannot do anything about it due to the drought; however I know there are other dealerships that do. I will be seeking an Acura dealer to see if the hand wash and inside detail is included. I used to go to Acura of Maui and their service is excellent not as fast, but full hand wash and vacuum of the inside of my car. More
Satisfied with service, not with excuse about washing my car I have always had wonderful service. This time it cost me nearly $1700.00 for all the service and not even a WASH was done. There is a car wash within waling distance advertising WASH $3.99. The least you could have done is spend $5.00 bucks to wash my car, I have certainly spent enough at your Dealership. More

They didn't keep there word, and coming from a manager I have to say my sales person was great. A rookie but he took what we said and worked from it. His name is Angel Sosa. I would give him a 5 star! The person I'm bothered with names is Jo Ramirez or Romero he is suppose to be sales manager. Long story short we bought a HRV 2016. My husband haggled the price like anyone but what closed the deal was this person named Jo stating that we go with the lx model we can purchase accessories for our car. Which we were looking to add the rails and crossbars. So this Jo states that if that's all we're holding off on we can come back in and purchase those items at his cost. So he tells us let's close this deal and sign away, so we did. So the following week we go in to have our alarm added to our HRV. We go and ask service to quote us on prices. We get sent to parts. Long story short and 2 hours later. Those items can't be added to our HRV.So now I go speak to this JO ROMERO or RAMIREZ and again long story short he again goes and finds out what he can do and samething. No apology no anything. All he can tell us we're all human. So he tried to blame the sales person I say no this came from your mouth and you sit here and tell us this. I could of waited for the model that had this. And he just sat there with a look of that's your problem. So I suggested him being a manager he should study on his cars so he doesn't promise things to people. So be warn don't do business with this man. Sad part is we wanted to buy another vehicle from our home town and now I'll never deal with this company. We have been Honda owners for over 20 years. I won't change cars but I'll definitely will never trust this dealership. More
