Pushy, bad service and no response It is obvious that the call center that asks about our visit did not inform Moss Bros. of our response. The fact that we had an appointment, yet It is obvious that the call center that asks about our visit did not inform Moss Bros. of our response. The fact that we had an appointment, yet the car sat untouched for so long is only one complaint. Sitting outside and watching a salesman, pressure and push people waiting for service to simply give up their current cars and purchase a new one was appalling. Then when the service was complete I asked for the print out that Honda gives detailing whats in green, yellow or red and the percentage tires and brakes are at service and was told I wouldn’t get one. Watching one be thrown away, told it wasn’t mine and that I could have a blank one that gets filled in, was ridiculous. Even now the email states rear brakes and not the percentage we are at. No we won’t have service done here and the free oil change is not worth my time, energies or monies. I will be going else where from now on. More

Is there a -5 stars??? Bought a brand new car and have been left stranded more times than I can count. When I bring in the car they say it's my fault for having my lights on Bought a brand new car and have been left stranded more times than I can count. When I bring in the car they say it's my fault for having my lights on auto. Hmmm pretty sure they shouldn't have that option if their battery can't handle it. Now, my starter goes out... really Honda? And what's even worse than the xxx car they sold me are the sales men themselves. A big selling point for them was that I would receive free oil changes for life. NEVER ONCE did they tell me I would have to get all recommended services to receive the oil changes. I show up to get my oil change and they turn me away unless I spend a couple hundred dollars on services! Not even a warning! I call the general manager and surprise surprise I don't get a call back. The employee even told me they are doing it to a bunch of people and everyone is mad, but what do they care they already made the sale right? This dealership is exactly why people hate car salesmen. They lie and cheat with a smile on their face. More

Was racially profiled by service dept staff over the phone because of accent then hung up on. Called again to speak with Gen Manager. Was routed to 5 different people ALL claiming to be Gen Mgr until 'Law Suit" was mentioned then hand-balled to someone else. I would advise EVERYONE to steer clear of doing business with Moss Honda or Moss ANYTHING. Ironic that majority of staff there have non-american accents and yet I am racially profiled. HYPOCRITS!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE What a horrible experience I had with this dealership, specifically with the salesman Bryan Fabun, I will explain. Last week I was searching for a 2017 Honda Civic and emailed a bunch of dealerships to see what kind of pricing I could get. As usual a bunch of people emailed me back. I was shooting for a specific price and there were a handful of dealerships that were in the same ballpark. Anyway, I go back and forth with Brian Fabun and there are just a bunch of games this guy is playing with me. I understand the business, I have bought many cars before, but this guy was a complete joke. After some negotiating back and forth, the deal was held up because I wanted the OTD price to include the xx accessories they put on their cars. We were about $500 apart. This conversation all happened via email/text message on Thursday night. He offered a price and I turned it down via text message. The next day, Friday morning, Bryan texted me saying we had a deal for the price I wanted. I made sure to ask if his boss approved the deal. I said okay, I would be down there Friday afternoon to write a check. I arrive at the dealership and start with the paperwork. Right then and there Bryan is going back and forth with his boss. About 30-45 minutes later he comes back to me and says "I had a different boss here this morning that approved the deal, but he is gone for the day, and the boss that is here now is not approving the deal." I said you made me drive all the way down here for this xx. I walked out and left. All in all, Bryan Fabun is the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with. My boss had the same experience with this dealership last year and warned me about them. In the end, I didn't listen and fell for all this crap. That same day I called Rock Honda in Fontana, CA and made the same exact deal. It was a very smooth transaction. DO NOT DEAL WITH BRYAN FABUN! More
