I used to have a great service advisor and was very pleased with the service department until I took my truck in for service back in May of 2024. As part of my service I reported an issue I was having pleased with the service department until I took my truck in for service back in May of 2024. As part of my service I reported an issue I was having with the back window leaking which was due to cracks in the window frame. This issues was due to a manufacturer defect and was part of an extended warranty for this issue. My service advisor wrote up the request to order a replacement window and was told the windows were on back order so it could take a while. Not hearing back for over 2 months I called the service department the first week of August and asked for my advisor but was told that "he was no longer at this dealership" and was transferred to a different advisor. When I asked about the window replacement I was told they needed to check with the parts department and would call me right back. Never heard back. After five more calls and speaking with different advisors each time I was told either they would check with the parts department or service manager and would call me right back. I never received a call back from any of them. Just before Thanksgiving I called and asked to speak to the service manager who was nice and apologetic, but informed me that they no longer replaced the window but now have a glass company that removes the glass and applies sealant to the window frame. He said that the person they had from the glass company that would do the work was out until after Thanksgiving but that as soon as he was back he would contact him to set up an appointment to have the window sealed. He verified all my contact information and assured me I would hear from him within a week to 10 days. It has now been 2 months since that conversation and I am yet to hear back. I have been a loyal service customer for more than 4 years now but feel like they simply do not appreciate my business or value me as a customer anymore. I am currently looking for a new dealership to service my vehicle. More
I was unhappy with the service here because I was charged full price on the repairs , that MOPAR covered under warranty , so I paid the invoice plus they got me to get financed by Sunbit for the full amount full price on the repairs , that MOPAR covered under warranty , so I paid the invoice plus they got me to get financed by Sunbit for the full amount and then to find out that Mopar warranty paid them same amount days later after my car service so they ripped me off and when I contacted the advisor they didn’t wanna do nothing about it and gave me a run around. I spoke to management he was nice but the solution to this that he offered wasn’t what I was looking for , because it only benefited him and dealership More
