Moss Bros. service department is the best around. I've taken my vehicle to other Dodge dealerships to be serviced and it doesn't compare to Moss. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the technician taken my vehicle to other Dodge dealerships to be serviced and it doesn't compare to Moss. I always have a good experience every time I have ever visited Moss. I have always dealt with Curtis, this time I had someone else and they were just as helpful, which tells me that the whole service depa visited Moss. Curtis accepted my vehicle for an extensive 60,000 mile service without an appointment. An additional repair was needed. Curtis assisted in arranging my extended warranty and setting up repair and rental service without an appointment. An additional repair was needed. I had to take my truck in for repairs after recent crash. The work done by the techs was excellant, if you did not know my truck had been in a wreak you would never be able to tell by looking at it. It was very refreshing to see that good customer service still exist. We will definitely recommend your company to friends, relatives and especially other senior citizens. My Aunt Odessa's daughters both drive Jeep Cherokees and I am sure they will become future patrons. Her only regret was that she didn't become a customer sooner (versus one of your competitors who is now out of business). Thank you once again for your help and with people like Joani, Josh and Chris it is proof that someone, at the top, is doing something right! Had vehicle in for overheating 4 days later they replaced radiator, this was in May 2009. It is now Aug and the radiator is leaking. They do not want to replace the rad for free. Had to bring in our warranty people as they used an aftermarket. They wanted new fees to go back to our warranty holder and charge us another service fee of 50.00 plus..Even tho parts and service is under warranty for 12-12 Moss is saying because it was an aftermarket that warranty did not apply. Well the insurance people never authorized an aftermarket rad and we were never informed of this either. The person had to call Moss and explain what they did was wrong and they had to repair the radiator at no cost to anyone but themselves because it was their error!!! Josh told my husband that we had the radiator for over 3mths what did we expect??? Excuse me! More
