Hands down had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer, they called me as soon as they had the 2020 scatpack I had set an appointment for this coming Saturday but with the way they’re flying off th dealer, they called me as soon as they had the 2020 scatpack I had set an appointment for this coming Saturday but with the way they’re flying off the lots I stopped by same night and Gilbert was just pulling in with the car. Let me tell you this was the absolute best experience I had at a dealer this far, every step of the way Gil had all the answers to any questions I had, walked me thru the entire process and got me the best deal on my dream car. Shout out to the whole team at Moss bros but huge thanks to Gilbert Escobedo for all his help getting me into this 2020 SCATTY! More

They offer a discounted price, but watch out they get it right back up to list with the tricky ads with small print about add on's and dealer installed accessories, for example, Moss will offer a $3995 disc right back up to list with the tricky ads with small print about add on's and dealer installed accessories, for example, Moss will offer a $3995 discount, but when you get there it has $3695 worth of made up whatever we want to say add on's for 3-6 times it value, that's fine but put it in your ad price, not a hey look when you get here a separate add on window sticker surprise! they will tell you it has paint sealant, or scotch guard, or nitrogen filled tires, GPS system, all at triple reasonable cost value, also note any electronic dealer installed aftermarket GPS can void factory warranties of whatever its plugged into or even the computer, The truck I was looking at wasn't even at San Bernardino as advertised, it was in Moreno Valley, we had to go get it, I did buy it after I was triple teamed by sales crew and I needed the truck but was unhappy about the markups, it was also missing the owners manual and the second key, they promised it would be there next week when I came back in, it wasn't, making excuse after excuse why it was not there, now I have to go there a third time and waste more time, don't let this happen to you! expect to pay a higher price and payment than advertised, and don't take to vehicle unless you get both keys right then and there as they don't care once the sale has been made about getting things like that done, I love how they say may, vehicles on ad with dealer discounts will have the ad on's, in other words Moss sells just a few hundred below list price! I don't recommend this place at all, years ago I got a problem bringing my Dodge omnni for an alternator problem! And they told me that was the problem and later after they changed the alternator they tol problem bringing my Dodge omnni for an alternator problem! And they told me that was the problem and later after they changed the alternator they told me that they changed the timing belt and they charged me for that, but I asked them that I want to see the timing belt, because I just changed it like 6 months ago and after a while they founded it,and they showed me one that it looks like new and I went to talked to the manager and after he saw the timing belt we got a talked and he didn't charged me for that. And now I don't know why I went to this place again And now I got a worst experience my Jeep is still there after 40 days and I paid for the services of wherever the diagnosis was and they told me that my Jeep compass was ready and I asked him, that someone drove the Jeep? and Cervantes told me the technician did,so I paid 1398.97 and I took my Jeep and I went on the freeway and after 5 minutes of driving my Jeep I almost got into a accident,so I was going to call the towing truck but I decided to take the street and I talked to Cervantes and I told him what happened and he told me,no problem we going to check out and after i hear that I went to talked to his Boss and after I explained to John Miranda the problem,he told me that it might be a wire not sending the signal and they where going to see what the problem is after they diagnosed the problem 18 days before and he was going to call me,and still after 11 days! He haven't called me yet Today I talked to the general manager and he gave me another story,so stupid, that they think that they are the only ones who can think! Please don't take your car to this place and I said to this place! because is a common place, not a dealership they are not professional they're something else! I need another page to explain the whole issue! Questions? Don't go to this place, if you don't want to buy, a FREE PROBLEM! If you go there! God bless you!!!! More
I am writing today because I am at my wits end with my Jeep vehicle and your dealership that I have taken my vehicle into for repairs. I did not had my vehicle since January 2, 2020 and only recently rece Jeep vehicle and your dealership that I have taken my vehicle into for repairs. I did not had my vehicle since January 2, 2020 and only recently received it on Tuesday January 28, 20202. I took it to your Moss Bros. Dodge, Jeep, Chrystler dealership in the city of San Bernardino, CA on Thursday January 2, 2020 due to an issue that I was experiencing with my vehicle making a loud screeching noise and also stalling and not starting up as of December 31st, 2019. I was advised at that time by my service advise, Erika, if I were to bring it in that day they would have it assessed within 2 business days and that it would be a $150 inspection fee to inspect the cause of the issue. However when the dealership finally got to the inspection my vehicle (which took them 2 weeks to do so) the service adviser, advised me that the inspection would actually be $350 to further inspect the issue to see if the cause of the issue was due to the starter or another part of the vehicle. When my service adviser got back with me to confirm the technician believes the issue is due to the starter, they then told me the dealership had no replacement part on hand and would have to order the replacement part and have it delivered to the dealership which would take another week to do so based on the option they gave me. It took 2 weeks to for the dealership to receive the part and to complete the repair. I was not given a free rental/loaner vehicle at any part during this duration even after advising your dealership several.times as a single parent this was my only form of transportation and am completely immobilized without it. I have had to ask for rides from my fellow co-workers in which I am having to pay them for and if I am unable to find a ride to and from work (which is a 40 mile round trip) I am unfortunately having to call off work. This situation has placed me in a financial bind and difficulty. It has become a big inconvenience in my daily day to day activities and yet the dealership has made no effort to compensate any of this inconvenience or offer me a free rental/loaner vehicle until they are able to resolve my issue. The only thing the dealership has done is every time they have called it is to inform me that at that time there is no additional update.on the repair or that there are more charges being accrued (which now I've been informed at least $780). I find this to be very unprofessional as a company who represents the Jeep brand to continuously fail their customer. How am I suppose to pay the dealership for repairs when I can't even go to work consistently because I don't have a reliable form of transportation for so long? How long am I expected to be without a vehicle for such a long duration and still feel like I'm receiving great customer service? Why would I want to purchase another Jeep vehicle in the future when I've had nothing but recalls or issues with this vehicle being serviced when it comes to simple repairs. I recently spoke to a gentleman from Jeep's corporate office in regards to my complaint with the end result that your company was unable to assist me in a satisfactory resolution. Instead offered to put a dealership complaint on my behalf that would go towards the dealership's year end review but that doesn't resolve my issue or any effect on any type of satisfactory for myself as the customer. When leaving the dealership after picking up my vehicle on Tuesday January 28, 2020, I noticed a large crack in my driver side window (picture attached) which caused me to immediately turn around and come back. When I addressed this situation I was told my vehicle was delivered by the tow truck in this condition however no tow truck delivered my vehicle, I personally drove it myself. When speaking to the service manager John Aranda, he basically advised that this may be something I would be responsible for myself because it my have been a pre-existing issue however the vehicle was given to the dealership without the crack yet I'm picking up my vehicle after a month in your possession with a crack. And I'm being advised to bring my vehicle back on another day to assess the damage by taking the door panel off to see if there was a pre-existing issue that may have caused the crack which sounded more like they didn't want to take ownership of this situation and wanted to put it back on myself. Not only am I not satisfied with the original non resolution to my first issue with no type of compensation or credit to the repair but now I'm having to deal with yet ANOTHER issue upon receiving my vehicle back. At no point do I feel the dealership is providing any type of empathy/ownership of my concerns and instead I'm being pushed to the side with an "oh well" type of attitude. I came to your dealership today as I was advised by service manager John Aranda on 1/28/2020 when I initially picked up my vehicle. I did come a day earlier then initially stated however instead of making this situation a priority I'm being told to come back in ANOTHER week to have the damage (that happened while my vehicle was in your dealership's possession) assessed to figure out a solution. I have called called service director Martin Granado twice as directed by the response from my yelp review with no answer. Why is it that I'm having to continue to take time out of my schedule to accommodate your dealership and their lack of ability to provide the proper service and bare minimum customer service!?! Why am I the only one being inconvenienced? I have directed these situations to the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Automotive Repairs, as well as corporate offices for Jeep. Perhaps this will make your dealership take these matter seriously since nothing else has. More

Illegal sales practices Sales Manager Wally: Stated the bank will not give a loan on auto unless we purchased an extended warranty or GAP because they wanted us protect their Sales Manager Wally: Stated the bank will not give a loan on auto unless we purchased an extended warranty or GAP because they wanted us protect their collateral. This is an illegal business practice and I have notified the bank. I will also be notifying the state of California of this business practice. It took several phone calls to get the 2nd key a week later, Still waiting on the floor mats. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealer as the prior purchase was a good experience. This dealer has done a 180 in negative business practices in a years time. I would not recommend them to anyone because of their illegal addendum sales practices. It was a bit of a fiasco with the sales team as well. From the very start of not even showing up for an appointment, but that is to be expected at these places. But I have not seen illegal sales practices like I experienced with the sales manager Wally since the 80's. I am positive Ram does not support these business practices. And neither do the banks. UPDATE: I spoke to Wayne Allen the GM of the dealership. He did apologize for the above mentioned actions and assured me that they do not, and will not condone these sales tactics. I felt our conversation was sincere. More
