I am thankful for dodge repairing my truck. Although it did take longer than expected due to parts delays and complexity of the repairs, but all in all they took good care of the issues. Very pushy. When it comes to a simple oil change, prepare to be there for 3 hours. The first 30 minutes you will spend not being noticed by anyone. The only thing they will say when time is where are the keys. The little play area for the kids is absolutely filthy. White toys are all brown near black. They never clean or even vacuum the carpet. When it comes to the car mat that you are supposed to get up to 10 days after you purchase a car turns into 2 months easy and assuming they even get you the right ones which they didnt with my truck. Aside from this place working with people trying to fix their credit, i would not recommend it to anyone. Service is crap and staff is always changing which should tell you something important about a company. More

I am confused about the end of lease process.
