The people at Moss in San Bernadino were so cool to me!! We got a great new 300s at a great price.I'm also very impressed with their "no pressure" approach to their jobs. After the long flight & road trip from overseas, we stopped by this store to check my husband's car. we have dealt with tons of dealer shops and some of them are xxxxxxxx but people at this dealer shop stopped by this store to check my husband's car. we have dealt with tons of dealer shops and some of them are xxxxxxxx but people at this dealer shop were well mannered and educated, and know what the real customer service is. Since they don't have my husband's car on hand at store, they drove us to the closest dealer shop in riverside so that we could check that out. After the purchase of the car and when we stopped the store to do some work on the car for upgrade, they did get their job on time and we were very satisfied with their job. we strongly recommend that people should check out this dealer shop.
