Out of the times I’ve gone to get a service for my car this one was one of the best. They take care of you make sure you know what they’ll be doing and also let you know what else your car needs. The rep that helped us (Hannah) was very rude and had no customer service skills. I am leasing a car through moss brothers and it had recalls therefore Hannah should have known that I get a rental while the customer service skills. I am leasing a car through moss brothers and it had recalls therefore Hannah should have known that I get a rental while the car is being fixed. Instead she had an attitude and said we didn’t get a rental. We had to go above her to get the rental approved for the time my car was being fixed. She really needs to adjust her attitude. Poor customer service, from Shannon, Jonathan, all the way to habitual liar, Hannah. My car is a lemon. And they lied and placed blame on me when the car started having problems.
