Was not made clear to me in the slightest that the car needed to stay for 5 days, so I sat there for 6 hours waiting for my car that wasn’t being worked on. No one thought to inform me as they saw me sitt needed to stay for 5 days, so I sat there for 6 hours waiting for my car that wasn’t being worked on. No one thought to inform me as they saw me sitting in the customer lounge all day long. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. More

This is the first dealership that really listened to me and said they would find and fix my issue. They did just that, found the problem, fixed it and I am 100% satisfied. Other dealers that I went to told and said they would find and fix my issue. They did just that, found the problem, fixed it and I am 100% satisfied. Other dealers that I went to told me it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix my jeep and that I just should trade it in. Moss Brothers was not like that and I will buy from them when I purchase my next Jeep. I highly recommend them for both sales and service. More
