I asked her if we picked up after hours was there anything I needed. She stated no. My mom went to pick up the car from sales after 6 and they didn't have they keys. The lady on the phone should have told me that I needed to be specific if I was picking up after hours and that I had to let them know so they could give the keys to the sales desk. Needless to say I had to come back that next morning. This was the second time I was given wrong information More
