Horrible experience I purchased a 2013 chrysler 200 touring sedan from this dealership on October 18. I received a letter yesterday stating I had to return the car immed I purchased a 2013 chrysler 200 touring sedan from this dealership on October 18. I received a letter yesterday stating I had to return the car immediately to the dealer and I will be refunded the money i put down for the down payment back. Today October 31 2015 I had to return the car they said I was approved for, considered it to be mine, and was already attached to. It was very devastating to have to take out all my belongings from the car and have to drive it back to the dealership i bought it from then hand over the keys. This was completely wrong for any of them to do this to any person! Nobody would take responsibility for what they did to me either...all they had to do was say no im sorry your not approved at this time instead of telling me congratulations you've been approved here are your keys to your new car and letting me drive away then taking the car back two weeks later !I will never go here again and I do not recommend this place to anybody either. More
