Large vehicle selections. The sales reps were polite, courteous. The dealership was clean, bright and welcoming. Deal parameters are still unmet because of floor mats. Vehicle has mismatched floor mats and it appears little effort is being done to remedy this. Last I knew was, the dealership is waiting to find one laying around instead of ordering a new set witch retails for around 170. It makes the transaction seem as if it took place at a shady used car lot instead of at a ram dealership. Floor mats are too small of an item to sulley a experience an a 60k truck purchase. Finance, although wasn't fast was self induced by the bank of my choosing. The sales reps, and everybody else in the process did their piece and did it well. More
