We traveled out to Moreno Valley because it appeared Moss had the most inventory of RAM 1500 Laramie 4 x 4 models. We spent at least 2 hours walking the lot and reviewing all sorts of options before test dr had the most inventory of RAM 1500 Laramie 4 x 4 models. We spent at least 2 hours walking the lot and reviewing all sorts of options before test driving the RAM 1500 Laramie that we would purchase. Everyone was friendly and patient with us. Erick took great care of us thru the decision making and also during the trade in since we did not have our vehicle needed for the trade in. They allowed us to drive home the new vehicle with a 5 day grace period before we could get back with the trade in. They were very accommodating. More

The process of scheduling an appointment was frustrating. My daily and multiple phone calls were not answered (I later learned that the phone system had just switched to a software/online based system). I tried making the appointment through the website, however I did not receive a confirmation that my appointment request was received. Eventually I was able to speak with a rep and learned that my appointment was confirmed. Having said that, once I arrived, the service department staff were friendly and attentive. I was told I would get 5k of rebates back in my pocket. When I returned after having the truck for 5 days, to ask about the cash, I was informed I wasn’t getting that back. In fact they told me I had to do a new contract and my interest rate was higher along with my payment being higher. I told them I was in my work truck during my lunch and that I would be back after work to deal with it. I was threatened in the parking lot to give them the keys to the truck. They said my contract was canceled, unless I signed the new contract. I was threatened and I felt in danger by the way I was talked to. I will be letting my attorney know about this. More
