To much to write down. Sales manager Roman Calderon was very rude, accusatory and unprofessional. I was treated like xxxx. He made me sit 4 hours before I got a rental.. The dealership is clean and very modern. Service was very attentive, and easy to talk too. My only surprise was that no coffee service was offered. I have a Kia and my has a Lexus, and befor Service was very attentive, and easy to talk too. My only surprise was that no coffee service was offered. I have a Kia and my has a Lexus, and before the Jeep I had a Chevy Silverado and they all had a free coffee bar. Shame on you for not having one. More
